If you are having a problem connecting your Flame Boss® controller to your WiFi please try rebooting your WiFi router. Sometimes something as simple as this will resolve connectivity issues. If you are still unable to connect, please give us a call at 800-978-9078 when you have your controller with you and access to your local WiFi network so we may assist you. We are available Monday-Saturday from 9:00AM-6:00PM ET.
