When you created your Flame Boss account, an email was sent to you to confirm your email address. If you did not receive the confirmation email, and the email address is not confirmed, the app will require you to confirm your email three days after being created. Try checking your junk or spam folder to see if the confirmation email may have been moved there.
If the confirmation email is not in your inbox or junk/spam folder, go to the Flame Boss mobile app and click the “Forgot password?” link and see if you receive a “Reset password instructions” email from cloud-boss@myflameboss.com in your inbox. If it is not in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder to see if it may have been moved there.
If you still did not receive an email, please add cloud-boss@myflameboss.com as a contact or an allowed sender and try using the “Forgot password?” link again. If you are still not receiving the emails, you may need to log into the webmail account for your provider, e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc., to check the spam folder there and add cloud-boss@myflameboss.com as a contact or an allowed sender. Please see the attached document for the steps for your provider if you are not familiar with how to access your webmail account.
