To secure the access to your Flame Boss controller when it is in Local Access mode, follow these steps:
- With the Flame Boss controller powered on and connected in Cloud mode, go to the 'Devices' tab on the Flame Boss mobile app
- In the 'Online Devices' section, click the gray settings 'sprocket' icon
- Click the 'MORE' button
- Go to the 'Local Access' section and toggle 'Open' to 'Secure'
- The following confirmation is displayed: 'New local access setting has been sent to your device'
Note: Setting local access to secure prevents the ability of any other mobile app to connect to your device locally or directly or via WiFi.
