If you are unable to view the entire serial number on the FB500 controller due to it being partially covered by the magnetic base:
Follow these steps to remove the magnetic base to view the entire label
1. Hold The FB500 controller with one hand and the magnetic base with the other hand
2. Pull the magnetic base straight off the back of the FB500 by applying slight force
3. The serial number for the FB500 will be fully visible
